First of all every military man and police officer understands they do not have to follow an unlawful order. Any order that violates the constitution which is the supreme law of the land is an unlawful order, especially when it circumvents the congress.

Already we are hearing police officers and states Like Oregon and Texas say they will not follow executive orders that violate the 2^nd amendment.

There will be those that say they cannot do this and I say Oh Really!

Let’s look at what happens in this country on a daily basis, we like to call it selective enforcement of the law.

It’s illegal to come into the country via sneaking across the border yet the government refuses to seal the border, illegal immigration, gun trafficking and human smuggling go unchecked (selective enforcement).

 It’s illegal to drive with a valid driver’s license or insurance, yet illegals are not arrested on the spot, even after an accident. They are let go after giving in many cases a fake name (selective enforcement). Happened to me in Dallas TX

You see the State of Texas just simply has to follow the lead of the federal government and sanctuary cities all across America, you pick and choose what laws you want to enforce. Tell the others to go to hell.

Our police departments have enough to do without chasing down law abiding citizens who the federal government is trying to turn into criminals through unconstitutional means.
